Artist Rick Lawrence

Maui artist Rick Lawrence is famous for his popular painting - Sailing II - which captures the essence of the freedom felt in skimming over the water at the mercy of the wind.

Lawrence is a versatile artist whose talent comprises many styles of art, from painting on canvas to painting on leather, from Hawaiiana to Abstract, from Impressionism to island landscapes and seascapes.

Sadly Rick Lawrence passed away at the young age of 58 in March 2013.
