Dick Sargent opened Sargent's Fine Art more than 20 years ago and over the years, it has grown into one of the most diversified gathering of artists to be presented under one roof..... anywhere in the world. If you ask him, he will always say that he's been very lucky to have assembled such a creative, talented group from the four corners of the world while maintaining 30% local talent. He attributes most of his good fortune to his remarkable staff and the fact that they maintain a loyal, happy work environment. Dick never fails to mention that Sargent's enjoys a huge amount of repeat business from returning clients. "Once they (clients) become part of our art & jewelry collecting family, they visit us just to say hello and let us know that they are once more back on Maui." Our staff have developed many wonderful friendships with our collectors these last two decades contributing greatly to our success as a fine art gallery and jewelry store.

Email: kim@sargentsfineart.comChris Bierley has been with Sargent's for several years and during that time has developed longstanding relationships with his clients. He knows his art and has a sense for what each client would like.
Chris was born in Florida of Cuban ancestry. He speaks both Spanish and English fluently. Having moved to Maui in the late 70's, Chris has made the island his permanent home. Chris has owned & operated his own galleries as well as managed galleries for some of Lahaina's top artists, including Robert Lyn Nelson, the well known painter of Hawaii's marine life.
When not immersed in art, Chris is usually immersed in the ocean. He is an avid surfer, windsurfer, standup paddle boarder, diver, & general ocean sports enthusiast. When dry, he likes to mountain bike and hike. Chris has traveled the world from Europe to South America to Asia and beyond; however, judging by his smiling face at the gallery, he seems to feel most at ease when he is back at home on Maui's golden shores. Tragically, Lisa lost her home in the Lahaina fires on Aug 8/23. Her escape from Lahaina while saving a young homeless family was downright heroic. You can behold her beauty here and, if you would like to help her, you can do so here
